Deputy Minister Of Energy And Mineral Resources Inaugurates 14 Distributors Of One Maluku And Papua Cluster Prices

TERNATE - Deputy Minister (Wamen) of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Yuliot Tanjung inaugurated 14 distributors of One-price fuel for Maluku and Papua clusters.

Just so you know, these 14 fuel distributors are part of the 40 distributors who are built in the 1st phase of 2024 throughout Indonesia.

Yuliot said the One Price BBM policy was a manifestation of the fifth principle of Pancasila which must continue so that inequality and injustice do not occur.

"The inauguration of the one-price fuel distribution is part of the government and also the policy affirmation carried out by the government to provide equitable welfare for all people in all corners of the region," said Yuliot in his remarks at Ful Terminal Ternate, North Maluku, Wednesday, October 30.

Yuliot said that the One Price Fuel Policy would eliminate price disparities between regions and would create injustice so as to minimize conflicts that endanger the integrity of the nation and state.

"If there is a difference in treatment between one region and another, it will create a sense of injustice. This sense of injustice will cause a conflict that may also occur something that endangers the integrity of the nation and injustice. This will be utilized by certain parties. Of course, with the one-price fuel policy, this is to minimize the occurrence of social inequality between regions," explained Yuliot.

According to the direction of the Deputy Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Head of BPH Migas Erika Retnowati said BPH Migas will continue to oversee the One Price Fuel program because it is an important program that has a big impact on people in remote areas of the country.

"This One Price Fuel Policy that is sustainable, evenly and integrated needs to be encouraged so that it can fulfill basic services, support quality economic activities and national growth in order to meet Indonesia's vision of gold in the future," said Erika.

The target for the construction of the One Price Fuel Distribution in 2024 is in accordance with the Government's 2024 Work Plan, which is 71 One Price Fuel Distributors. The realization until September 2024 as many as 40 One Price Fuel Distributors has been completed.

For North Maluku Province, the location for the One Price Fuel Program Distribution for the 2017-2024 Period is 52 Locations.

The number of distributors of One Price Fuel that has been built in North Maluku Province until September 2024 is 46 Distributors of One Price Fuel.

President Director of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Riva Siahaan, who also accompanied the inauguration, stated that the One Price Fuel Program is a real commitment and proof of Pertamina's presence in ensuring the availability of affordable energy for people in the 3T region (lagging behind, leading, and outermost).

"The inauguration of 40 one-price fuel distribution agencies is a form of Pertamina's ongoing commitment to ensuring accessibility, affordability and acceptability of energy for all Indonesian people," added Riva.

Through One Price Fuel, Pertamina Patra Niaga hopes to make a real contribution in improving people's welfare and supporting economic growth in all corners of Indonesia.

"We are also grateful for the support from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, BPH Migas, Regional Government and all relevant stakeholders who have collaborated in realizing and ensuring that the distribution of One Price Fuel runs smoothly so that the multiplier effect for the community for the presence of this energy can be felt by all Indonesian people," said Riva.
