Celebrate Youth Pledge Day With City Rembugs, Suswono Ready To Realize Youth Dreams In Jakarta

JAKARTA - Commemoration of Youth Pledge Day is a momentum for Suswono, the Candidate for Governor of Jakarta to meet young people. Through the 'City Meeting: Oath, Youth Can Come!' Suswono listened to various complaints and opinions that were expected to be the main issue if he was later elected as Deputy Governor of Jakarta.

At the event which was held at M Bloc Space on Monday, October 28, Suswono was also accompanied by talented young people. Those who attended were Ranggaz Laksmana, Entrepreneur, Elva Qolbina, Jakarta DPRD Members, Musthofa Faruq, PKS Young Politicians and Rhaka Ghanisatria, Co Founder & The Brain of Human being.

Suswono in his speech said that youth have an important role in Jakarta's development.

"Young people have an important role in the development of Jakarta. So we need to listen to their ideas and make city development based on these needs. Empowerment of young people and capacity building and their skills will be a priority if I am elected in the future," he said.

At the moment of this youth oath, I listened to a lot of very constructive ideas and ideas. Starting from entrepreneurship, employment, mental health and various other issues relevant to young people are the priority of our discussion today. I am optimistic that the ideas and ideas they convey can be accommodated in Ridwan Suswono's program when we are elected in the future. Hopefully in the future Ridwan-Suswono can be selected and we can realize these various innovative ideas," concluded Suswono.

Amalia Ayuningtyas, Co-Initiator of Rembug City added an invitation to all Jakarta residents to move together, share ideas, and create a better solution for Jakarta.

Viera Lovienta, City's Co-Initiator Rembug said that City Rembugs are an open space for all, where views can mingle, and where honest and constructive dialogue is the main foundation.

"The election of the governor is not only about who is elected, but also about how residents can be actively involved in determining the future direction of their city," he said.

Apart from being with Suswono, Rembug Kota also held a session with the Elected Atalia Praratya (DPR RI), Angela Tanoesoedibjo (Chairman of the Perindo Party), Iqbal Hariadi (CEO Proud Project) and David Wijaya (Youth Activist, Financial Storyteller). Rembug Kota is initiated by three women, Amalia Ayuningtyas, Viera Lovienta and Saira Saima, who have strong confidence that democracy can still be improved and strengthened. The initiators believe that the active involvement of every citizen, regardless of their background, is the key to building a better future for Jakarta.
