The Persecutor Was Arrested In Ulalas Signature Kuta, The Motive Was Offended Not To Be Given Alcohol
Badung Police, Bali revealed the motive for the persecution by the two perpetrators of The Ulalas Signature on Jalan Bumbak, Kerobokan Kelod Village, North Kuta District, Badung Regency.
Badung Police Chief AKBP Teguh Priyo Wasono said the persecution that took place on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at around 22.00 WITA was caused by the two perpetrators FS (44) and HV (45) being offended by not being given alcoholic beverages by Putu Agung Supratnyana who worked as akuna in that place.
"The motive was that the two perpetrators did not accept it when they asked for alcoholic beverages, they answered by the fire department and were about to close," said the Badung Police Chief, Monday, October 28.
Feeling that he did not accept being treated like that, said the Badung Police Chief, the two perpetrators were angry, then threw poison at the fire with matches and abused him.
As a result of this persecution, the victim's leg was limp and bruises on the head.
Currently, said Teguh, the victim's condition is stable.
The police are still investigating the status of the two perpetrators who are suspected of being affiliated with certain community organizations (ormas).
What is certain, said Teguh, is that the two perpetrators were security guards who were employed by one of the villa owners in the Ulalas area, North Kuta, Badung.

Teguh explained that investigators were still investigating allegations of insulting police officers who arrested the two perpetrators at the time of the incident.
If the investigation of the allegation has evidence, it will be processed according to the applicable regulations according to the law.
Teguh ensured that the two perpetrators did not use sharp weapons and did not commit acts of violence against the Badung Police officers when they were detained at the scene.
"It was also viral that the perpetrator asked the identity of the police in the sense of intimidating the words'moved or dismissed'. We are still investigating whether there is an element of a criminal act related to that remark. What is clear is this statement," said Teguh.
Teguh said that after the persecution of the villa caught the attention, local residents came and several people sounded kentongan.
