Prosecutors Demand A Sentence Of 2.5-5 Years In Prison 7 Corruption Defendants At Mukomuko Hospital
The prosecutor charged seven defendants in the alleged corruption case of the Mukomuko Regional General Hospital (RSUD) with 2.5-5 years in prison.
"We demand the six defendants for five years, and one more defendant, we demand two and a half years," said Head of the Special Crimes Section (Kasi) of the Kejari Mukomuko Agrin Nico after reading the charges at the Bengkulu District Court, Monday, October 28, which was confiscated by Antara.
Ketuju terdakwa yakni Direktur RSUD Mukomuko periode 2016-2020 Tugur Anjastiko dituntut penjara lima tahun dan denda Rp100 juta subsider tiga bulan dan ditangan uang pengganti Rp916 juta subsider 2.5 tahun.
The defendant, former 2016-2019 BLUD expenditure treasurer Andi Fitriadi, was sentenced to five years in prison with a fine of Rp. 100 million, a subsidiary of three months and a replacement money of Rp. 876 million, a subsidiary of 2.5 years.
Furthermore, former Head of Medical Services at Mukomuko Hospital 2017-2021 Harnovi was sentenced to five years in prison with a fine of Rp. 100 million, a subsidiary of three months and charged a replacement fee of Rp. 764 million.
Then, the defendant, former verification empowerment for the 2016-2021 period, Khalik Noprianto, was sentenced to five years in prison with a fine of Rp. 100 million, a subsidiary of three months and charged a replacement money of Rp.988 million, a subsidiary of 2.5 years.

Furthermore, the former Head of 2016-2018 Expenditure, Herman Faizal, was sentenced to five years in prison and a fine of Rp. 100 million, a subsidiary of three months, and was charged a replacement money of Rp. 599 million with a subsidiary of 2.5 years.
Meanwhile, former BLUD Expenditure Treasurer at Mukomuko Hospital 2020-2021 Joni Mesra was sentenced to 2.5 years in prison and a fine of IDR 50 million, a subsidiary of three months and IDR 111 million, a subsidiary of one year.
"For the defendant Joni Mesra, we demand a lower demand, because he has served for a longer time than others," he explained.
Agrin explained that the seven defendants were charged with causing losses to the state of up to Rp4.84 billion and violating Article 3 junto Article 18 paragraph (1) letter A, letter B, paragraph (2) and paragraph (3) of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 31 of 1999 concerning the eradication of criminal acts of corruption as amended by Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2001 concerning amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the eradication of criminal acts of corruption junto Article 55 Paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code.
