Mitsubishi Pamer DST Concept In The Philippines, Will You Be Present In Indonesia?

JAKARTA - The recently became a stage for the Philippine International Motor Show 2024 exhibition to showcase various new model models, including those exhibited by Mitsubishi, namely the DST Concept.

The Japanese brand through Mitsubishi Motors President and Chief Executive Officer, Takao Kato revealed that the concept model will be the embodiment of a new three-line SUV that will be launched in several markets, especially Southeast Asia starting in 2025.

"Mitsubishi DST Concept is the embodiment of a new three-line SUV that will be launched during our current medium-term business plan, Challenge 2025, and its production vehicles will be launched mainly in the ASEAN region including the Philippines starting in the 2025 fiscal year," he said, quoted from his official website some time ago.

Regarding this, General Manager of Marketing Communication & PR Division of PT MMKSI Intan Vidiasari, revealed that the Mitsubishi car concept will have a continuation.

"If the Mitsubishi concept always has a continuation, unless it is really electrified, it may usually still be a few years ahead, but if the concept is yes, hopefully later the car concept can be added," he said, when met in the Jakarta area, Sunday, October 27.

So will this one model also be presented in Indonesia?

"It's still in the Philippines, in Indonesia there are no signs, but it's indeed a new model for physical production in 2025," he added.

As is known, the concept model carries the design language Gravitas & Dynamism, this presents an extraordinary level of solidity with a sophisticated form and offers a wide space for third row seats.

The flexibility in the cabin space is emphasized by blackening the entire pillar and enveloping the cabin with a smooth circular window, while the rich back surface further reinforces its tough presence. The DST Concept also offers five driving modes that can be chosen according to its condition, consisting of Wet, Tarmac, Normal, Gravel, and Mud.

This car performance is supported by the driving of the front wheel (FWD), but can pass through various weather and terrain to ensure the convenience of its users.
