JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto said that guaranteeing good quality of life for officials, especially policy makers, is important. So, they will not feel lacking and eventually the gap in corruption can be closed.
"We must ensure sufficient and good quality of life for important decision makers," Prabowo said in an exclusive interview by one of the media quoted on Monday, October 28.
Prabowo also reminded his cabinet not to have a greedy nature. They must also prioritize the needs of the community.
"In my opinion, what's worse is greed, greed, great lust to make the most of his wealth so that he can be in power for a long time," he said.
The former Minister of Defense (Menhan) ensured that he had a great commitment to prevent corruption. Prabowo will enforce the law firmly and ensure the existence of a system for supervision.

This system, he continued, can be based on digitalization to take advantage of artificial intelligence (AI). "We must have a strict monitoring system and return to determination to enforce the law firmly," said Prabowo.
"But what's especially is that we have to find the right system, but now with digitalization, with computerization, with Ai I think there's a lot to do to reduce corruption," he concluded.
