Joint Commitment Towards Growth: KITB Welcomes BNI, Nindya Karya, And PKSS In Commercial Space Rental Cooperation

PT Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang (KITB) officially formed partnerships with three prominent state-owned companies, namely PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), PT Nindya Karya, and PT Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera (PKSS) through the signing of the Commercial Spatial Rental Agreement at the Batang Integrated Industrial Estate Management Building.

This event took place at the Danareksa Tower, Jakarta, and marked the first step in strengthening operational support and commercial services in the KITB area.

The signing was carried out by the main representatives of each company: Suwito, Pekalongan Branch Leader of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Arif Iswadi, Senior Vice President of the EPC Division PT Nindya Karya (Persero) Tbk, and Rahman Arif, Business Director of PT Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera. From the KITB, the signing was carried out by Ngurah Wirawan, President Director of PT Batang Integrated Industrial Zone.

This collaboration aims to strengthen operations and efficiency throughout the KITB area, with each company bringing their service advantages. BNI will provide banking services for ease of financial transactions for tenants in the region, PT Nindya Karya will provide construction services and infrastructure to support the development of facilities, and PKSS will play a role in human resource management to meet labor needs at KITB.

"This collaboration is a strategic step towards creating an integrated industrial ecosystem that supports the growth of our tenants. We are committed to providing a dynamic business environment, with full support for tenants to grow and develop together," said Ngurah Wirawan, President Director of KITB.

Suwito, the Head of the Pekalongan BNI Branch, added that BNI is ready to become a trusted banking partner, providing integrated financial services for tenant transaction needs.

"We hope this can facilitate business tenant operations and increase their comfort in KITB," he explained.

Arif Iswadi, Senior Vice President of the EPC Division of PT Nindya Karya (Persero) Tbk, said that his party was here to support KITB infrastructure.

Rahman Arif, Business Director of PT Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera, emphasized the important role of PKSS in supporting workers at KITB.
