Released By Military Tradition, Prabowo Leaves Magelang Akmil After Cabinet Briefing
The cadets and cadets of the Military Academy (Akmil) in Magelang, Central Java, released the return of President Prabowo Subianto, Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka, along with members of the Red and White Cabinet with the Honorary jar procession, Sunday, October 27.
The procession, which was led directly by the Governor of Military Academy Major General TNI R. Sidharta Wisnu Graha, was held near the exit gate of the Magelang Military Academy to Jalan Jenderal Gatot Soebroto, Magelang, at around 10.50 WIB.
The procession involved cadets and cadets in full uniform who formed ranks and raised their hands as a form of respect.
The Military Academy tradition also involves drumband personnel from the 'Gendeng Suling Canka Lokananta' from the Magelang Military Academy, which adds to the solemn atmosphere of releasing the Head of State and his entourage.
ANTARA reporters who were present at the location reported that members of the Honoraryjar were standing upright on two sides of the road in the Akmil facing Prabowo Subianto who was passing by using the MV3 Maung Pindad Presidential car.
When the TNI Commander-in-Chief passed, they paid their respects with simultaneous and decisive hand movements, which showed respect and high discipline for soldiers.
Meanwhile, Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka had left the Akmil location at around 09.28 WIB using a white Toyota Zenix, followed later, six members of the Red and White Cabinet who were transported by bus vehicles at around 10.17 WIB.
The Honoraryjar procession was also held when Prabowo arrived at Akmil, Saturday at 17.56 WIB. This procession was also enlivened by a crowd of residents from the local environment who had been waiting since morning on the side of Jalan Jenderal Gatot Subroto.
