Lanny/Fadia Want To Show Off In The 2024 Indonesia International Challenge Final
JAKARTA - The debut of the new partner, Lanny Tria Mayasari/Siti Fadia Silva Ramadhanti, went smoothly.
They managed to secure a final ticket at the Indonesia International Challenge 2024 after winning in the semifinals at East Java Expo, Surabaya, Saturday, October 26, 2024.
Lanny/Fadia beat compatriots, Siti Sarah Azzahra/Agnia Sri Rahayu, through the rubber game 21-10, 19-21, and 21-12.
"It can be said that today's match was not easy because we both know the opponent's strengths and weaknesses. In this match we wasted chances by making a lot of mistakes by ourselves and loosening attacks," said Fadia.
Lanny/Fadia will then meet the Chinese women's doubles Taipei, Hsieh Pei Shan/Hung En Tzu at the top of the tournament.

They realized the shortcomings from the inaugural match to the semifinals were homework before facing the tournament's first seed.
"We remind each other in the field when we make a lot of mistakes ourselves. We don't need to make many mistakes, but we will try to fix that in the final," said Lanny.
So far the Lanny/Fadia pair have played more comfortably than the previous round. Both of them tried to unite cohesiveness both on and off the field.
Lanny/Fadia are determined to be able to play more calmly when facing opponents who have an attacking style of play.
In addition, they tried to play loose and were not bothered by the pressure to win the title.
"Our cohesiveness from each match can be said to increase. We have just been paired. However, in training we have been together, so there is no doubt about each other's chemistry," said Fadia.
"All couples certainly want to beat us. Pressure for us is definitely there, of course we don't want to think about it. We want to play nothing to lose in the final match," said Fadia again.
"Facing the final match, we try to reduce unnecessary mistakes and maintain cohesiveness. After this we will evaluate again from some of our mistakes today," Lanny added.
Meanwhile, the Chinese Taipei doubles against Lanny/Fadia in the final won the semifinals after defeating the other Indonesian women's doubles, Arlya Nabila Thesa Manggaran/Az Zahra Ditya Ramadhani, with a score of 21-15 and 21-13.
