Food Prices Today, Shallots Rise To IDR 30,620 Per Kg
JAKARTA - The National Food Agency (Bapanas) recorded the price of a number of food commodities in general fluctuating as of Saturday (26/10) morning, shallots slightly increased to Rp30,620 per kilogram (kg).
Quoting Antara, based on data from the Bapanas Price Panel at 09.00 WIB, food prices at the retail level nationally, premium rice rose 0.26 percent or Rp40 to Rp15,490 per kg.
Meanwhile, the price of medium rice fell 0.15 percent or Rp20 to Rp13,540 per kg; as well as rice supply stability and food prices (SPHP) Bulog decreased 0.15 percent or Rp20 to Rp12,520 per kg.
Furthermore, the price of shallot commodities rose at 2.58 percent or Rp770 to Rp30,620 per kg; as well as garlic also rose 1.59 percent or Rp640 to Rp40,790 per kg.
Next, the price of curly red chili commodity fell 2.29 percent or Rp690 to Rp29,820 per kg; as well as red cayenne pepper decreased 2.26 percent or Rp980 to Rp42,410 per kg.
Then, the price of pure beef rose 0.59 percent or Rp800 to Rp135,440 per kg; as well as chicken meat rose 0.05 percent or Rp20 to Rp36,500 per kg; then chicken eggs also rose 0.56 percent or Rp160 to Rp28,640 per kg.
Next, the price of dried soybeans (imports) was observed to fall 0.56 percent or Rp60 to Rp10,770 per kg; then consumption sugar rose 0.45 percent or Rp80 to Rp18,030 per kg.
Then, simple packaged cooking oil rose 0.49 percent or Rp90 to Rp18,310 per kg; while bulk cooking oil fell 0.84 percent or Rp140 to Rp16,480 per kg.
Next, the price of bulk flour fell 1.58 percent or Rp160 to Rp9,970 per kg; while non-mass wheat flour rose 0.08 percent or Rp10 to Rp13,110 per kg.
Meanwhile, the price of corn at the farmer level was observed to fall 0.99 percent or Rp60 to Rp6,020 per kg; while the price of fine salt with a sodium rose 1.04 percent or Rp120 to Rp11,650 per kg.
Next, the price of bulge fish was observed to increase 2.36 percent or Rp880 to Rp38,090 per kg; then tuna fish also rose 1.82 percent or Rp570 to Rp31,880 per kg; while milkfish fell 2.20 percent or Rp730 to Rp32,380 per kg.
