Israel Also Attacks Syrian Military Targets, Damascus Intercepts Missiles
JAKARTA - Israeli airstrikes targeted several military locations in Syria's central and southern parts on Saturday morning. The attack came at a time when Israel carried out a retaliatory attack on Iran.
Syrian news agency SANA on Saturday, October 26, reported Syrian air defense forces intercepted missiles launched by Israel from the direction of Israel's occupied Syrian Golan hill and Lebanese territory.
Reported by Reuters, troops shot down several of them. SANA reported explosions around the Syrian capital, Damascus.
