Former Supreme Court Official Becomes Ronald Tannur's 'Markus' Free Sentence, Prepares Billions Of Money For Supreme Court Justices
JAKARTA - Former Supreme Court (MA) official Zarof Ricar is said to be a case broker or markus in the alleged bribery case of Gregorius Ronald Tannur's acquittal.
Because Zarof Ricar played a role in ensuring that Ronald Tannur was still acquitted at the cassation level.
"LR asked ZR that ZR should seek the Supreme Court judge to still declare Ronald Tannur not guilty in his cassation decision," said the Director of Investigation of the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampis) at the AGO, Abdul Qohar to reporters, Friday, October 25.
The action of the suspect Zarof Ricar began when Lisa Rahmat, Ronald Tannur's lawyer, asked for his help. Of course, with the lure of a fee of Rp. 1 billion.
In addition, Zarof Ricar was asked to give money to three Supreme Court justices worth IDR 5 billion.
"LR conveyed to ZR that he would prepare Rp5 billion in money or funds for Supreme Court justices and for ZR a fee of Rp1 billion for his services," he said.

The plan is that the money will be handed over to three Supreme Court justices who will hear the cassation trial of the defendant Ronald Tannur.
"The money according to LR records will be intended or given to ZR as for the Supreme Court judge on behalf of S; on behalf of A; and on behalf of S again who handles Ronald Tannur's case," said Qohar.
In this case, Zarof Ricar was charged with Article 5 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 15 in conjunction with Article 18 of Law Number 31 of 1999 as amended by Law Number 20 of 2021 concerning the eradication of criminal acts of corruption.
Then, Article 12B in conjunction with Article 18 of Law 1999 concerning the eradication of criminal acts of corruption as amended by Law number 20 of 2001.
