Police Call Pahala Nainggolan Related To The Alexander Marwata Case Next Monday
The Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation of the Metro Jaya Police has scheduled a summons for the Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring of the KPK Pahala Nainggolan on Monday (28/10) regarding the case of ethical violation of Deputy Chairperson of the KPK Alexander Marwata who met with the former Head of Yogyakarta Customs and Excise, Eko Darmanto.
"On Monday (28/10) at 09.00 WIB, clarification has been scheduled or a request for information from two Indonesian KPK employees in the RI Ditreskrimsus Ditreskrimsus room of the Polda Metro Jaya on the first floor, one of them is Pahala Nainggolan," said Director of Criminal Investigation at Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak, Thursday, October 24.
Ade Safri also explained that at the investigation stage in handling the aquo case, 27 parties who had been clarified by the investigation team of the Tipidkor Sub-Directorate of the Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya as of Thursday (24/10).
Deputy Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Alexander Marwata was questioned as many as 24 questions by investigators from the Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation (Ditreskrimsus) Polda Metro Jaya during an examination for 10 hours on Tuesday (15/10).
"More or less related to the chronology of my meeting with Eko Darmanto, do I know the person concerned? I said, I don't know, before the person concerned came to the KPK," he said when met at Polda Metro Jaya.

Alex also explained that investigators asked about the reasons for the meeting with the former Head of Yogyakarta Customs, Eko Darmanto.
"So actually my meeting with Eko was known by other KPK leaders, not only the leaders of structural officials knew about this activity," he said.
Meanwhile, the KPK emphasized that it would not intervene in the investigation by the Polda Metro Jaya against Deputy Chairman of the KPK Commission Alexander Marwata regarding his meeting with the former Head of Yogyakarta Customs, Eko Darmanto.
"Of course, the KPK will not interfere with the investigation process that will take place at Polda Metro Jaya," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardhika at the KPK's Merah Putih building, South Jakarta, Tuesday (15/10).
Tessa also emphasized that the KPK is always cooperative with fellow law enforcement officers in carrying out law enforcement duties.
