Jakarta Coffee Week 2024 Ready To Be Held, Calls For The Spirit Of Celebrating The Progress Of The Indonesian Coffee Industry
JAKARTA - Jakarta Coffee Week (Jacoweek) 2024 will be held at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) BSD City Hall 5, on November 1 to 3, 2024. The Jacoweek 2024 presented by Bank Mandiri carries the theme "Celebration".
The theme is a form of celebration and appreciation for the actors in the coffee industry in Indonesia. Starting from barista, coffee shop owners, coffee farmers, to coffee connoisseurs.
The event also served as a forum for players in the coffee industry to meet and form a community that is getting stronger to develop the coffee industry in Indonesia.
"Jacoweek has a mission to become a platform that brings together communities, farmers, and local or international F&B players," said Jakarta Coffee Week Co-Founder Hendri Kurniawan during a press conference in the Thamrin area, Central Jakarta, on Thursday, October 24, 2024.
"This year, 'Celebration' is a concept that we bring, as a form of appreciation to all parties who work hand in hand to build a strong community that contributes to the development of the Indonesian coffee industry," he added.

This year, Jacoweek is the ninth year of its implementation. Every year this event develops into a strategic meeting platform for coffee industry players with the concept of one-stop shopping solution, which presents various activities around coffee and F&B directly for coffee lovers.
In 2024, Jacoweek will also present various exciting actions, innovative collaborations, and various exhibitions from Indonesian coffee industry players.
Jacoweek is also enthusiastic about welcoming the World of Coffee Jakarta which will be held in Indonesia for the first time, in May 2025 and officially held by the SCAI (Special Coffee Association of Indonesia).
The celebration the theme brought really describes the enthusiasm of all industry players to advance the Indonesian coffee world. We hope that by hosting the World of Coffee Jakarta, Indonesia's name will be more fragrant in the eyes of the world, where not only the quality of coffee is recognized but also the talented talents in the coffee industry," said the Chairman of Specialty Coffee Association of Indonesia (SCAI), Daryanto Witarsa.
