Democratic Politician Rachland Nashidik Examined Regarding Bribery Case Former Secretary Of Supreme Court Hasbi Hasan

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) questioned a Democrat Party politician, Rachland Nashidik today, Thursday, October 24. He was questioned as a witness in the bribery case of former Supreme Court Secretary (MA) Hasbi Hasan.

"The examination was carried out at the KPK's Red and White Building on behalf of RN as an entrepreneur," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardika to reporters, Thursday, October 24.

Tessa said RN was examined along with two other witnesses, namely TS and KJ. As for the information gathered, the witness in question is an employee of the Indonesian Ombudsman Tumpal Simanjuntak and Kuntomo Jenawi who are referred to as entrepreneurs.

Meanwhile, after being questioned by investigators, Rachland admitted that he was questioned about the President Director of PT Wahana Adyawarna, Menas Erwin Djohansyah. He was asked about his introduction to the suspect.

"I'm just clarifying who I know, with Erwin, all kinds, that's it," he told reporters at the KPK's Red and White House.

Rachland said he did know because Erwin had been a co-worker. However, he did not know about giving money.

"At the same company, with me, then yes, he did those things that we never understood either," said Rachland.

As previously reported, former Supreme Court Secretary Hasbi Hasan was again named a suspect in the alleged bribery case related to the management of other cases in the Supreme Court. He was entangled with Minister of Rice Erwin Djohansyah as President Director (Managing Director) of PT Wahana Adyawarna.

In addition, the KPK developed a bribery case for handling the case into alleged money laundering (TPPU). Although it has not been detailed, the information is that there are three suspects, namely Hasbi Hasan, singer Windy Idol, and Rinaldo Septiarindo B as entrepreneur who is also Windy's older brother.

Hasbi has been sentenced to 6 years in prison in a bribery case by the Jakarta Corruption Court and has to pay a fine of Rp. 1 billion and a replacement money of Rp. 3,880,844,400 subsidiary of one year in prison. He was proven to have accepted bribes related to the management of the Intidana Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) case in the Supreme Court together with former Independent Commissioner Wijaya Karya (Wika) Dadan Tri Yudianto.

In this case, Dadan Tri Yudianto's sentence was increased by PT DKI Jakarta to nine years in prison from the previous five years. He was required to pay a fine of Rp. 1 billion and a replacement money of Rp. 7.95 billion, subsidiary to three years in prison.
