The Luck And Great Contribution Of The Indonesian National Team's Players In Milan's Victory
JAKARTA - AC Milan finally won the first point in the 2024/2025 Champions League after overthrowing Club Brugge 3-1.
In the match at the San Siro, Tuesday, October 22, 2024, WIB night, Milan finally broke eggs after experiencing two defeats in the early match of the Champions League.
I Rossoneri became one of eight teams to never win in those two games, losing 0-1 against Bayer Leverkusen and 1-3 at home to Liverpool.
In Milan's inaugural victory, a big contribution was contributed by the Indonesian national team's older brother, Eliano Reijnders, namely Tijjani Reijnders who scored a brace.

AC Milan is now ranked 21st in the Champions League standings this season with three points from three matches.
Milan's victory, according to Christian Pulisic, was assisted with luck. Especially the sensational goal of the United States star was directly from a corner kick.
"Today was a bit of luck, but still worth a goal. I'm very happy. I'm not trying to do that."
"However, it was a good cross. I would say that. After a good goal, I didn't try to do that (again)," Pulisic said.
Pulisic has scored five goals and provided three assists in eight Serie A games this season.
He also recorded assists in Mauricio Pochettino's first match as coach of the United States national team against Panama earlier this month.
"I work hard every day. I always want to be decisive in the game. I'm so happy this year, I scored a lot of goals and assists."
"However, it's not always like that. So, I will continue like this and hope to continue scoring goals," said the former Chelsea player.
Pulisic's goal against Club Brugge saw a total of 10 goals in his last 10 games for clubs and the country.
It was also the second goal of the 26-year-old in three Champions League games this season, having scored in Milan's opener against Liverpool last month.
