KPK: 15 Confiscated Building Assets Related To Alleged ASDP Corruption Are In Pondok Indah To Surabaya

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) confiscated 15 buildings related to allegations of corruption in the business cooperation process (KSU) and the acquisition of PT Jembatan Nusantara by PT ASDP Ferry Indonesia (Persero). The locations are said to be in a number of elite areas, one of which is in the Pondok Indah to Menteng areas.

"There are several locations, such as in the Pondok Indah area, South Jakarta, there are four locations. In Bogor there is one location; in Menteng, Central Jakarta one location; in Darmo Surabaya there are three locations; and there are also Graha Familly Surabaya where there are two locations," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardika to reporters at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Tuesday, October 22.

Tessa said the location could still increase. The confiscation of 15 assets worth hundreds of billions of rupiah was carried out from the owner of PT Jembatan Nusantara, Adjie, who was questioned on Tuesday, October 15.

Previously reported, the KPK is currently investigating cases of corruption in business cooperation (KSU) and the acquisition of PT Jembatan Nusantara by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero). It is suspected that there has been a state loss which allegedly reached Rp1.27 trillion and is still changing because the calculation continues.

A total of four people have been named as suspects in this case. From the information gathered they are Ira Puspadewi who is the president director; Harry MAC as planning and development director; Yusuf Hadi who is the commercial and service director; and Adjie who is the owner of PT Jembatan Nusantara.

This state-owned company then controlled 100 percent of PT Jembatan Nusantara shares with 53 ships under management. "The process (in carrying out business cooperation and acquisition, ed) has no legal basis," he said.

"So all acquisition rules are violated," is still quoted from the same source.
