Former Iron Maiden Vocalist Paul Di'Ano Dies At The Age Of 66

JAKARTA - Musician aging, Paul Di'Ano reportedly died at the age of 66. The news was confirmed by Conquest Music as the label that houses him.

But so far it is not known what caused the former Iron Maiden vocalist's death. However, in a written statement, the label says Paul has a history of illness that has been affected for a long time.

"Despite experiencing serious health problems in recent years that have restricted him from appearing in wheelchairs, Paul continues to entertain his fans around the world, with more than 100 shows since 2023," Conquest Music wrote.

Paul Di'Ano became Iron Maiden's frontman from 1978 to 1981. He was involved in two albums, namely self-titled, (1980) and Killers (1981).

After that, Paul was involved in various music projects such as Gogmagog and Battlezone. He also released several solo works before finally passing away.

"Conquest Music is proud to have Paul Di'Ano in our artist family, We hope fans lift the glasses in memory," concluded the label's statement.
