Gibran Wants Phase 2 MRT Project To Be Completed On Time
JAKARTA - Vice President (Vice President) Gibran Rakabuming Raka reviewed the MRT phase 2 project, Monday, October 21 afternoon. Gibran went straight to Monas where the phase 2 MRT project was carried out after attending the inauguration of the cabinet secretary and deputy minister of the Red and White Cabinet at the State Palace. He wants the phase 2 MRT project to be completed on time.
Gibran reviewed the progress of the construction of Monas Station and Thamrin Station which are part of the MRT Phase 2 north-southline (HI-Kota Roundabout). Gibran and his entourage traced the tunnel from Monas Station to Thamrin Station.
In this review activity, Gibran Rakabuming Raka emphasized two things. First, the importance of timeliness of project implementation and reforestation after project completion.
"We have to try to finish this project on time and after that we have to green it up again," wrote Gibran on his social media account, quoted Tuesday, October 22.

Based on its official statement, this approximately 350 meter long civilian tunneling work has reached 82 percent.
While reviewing, Gibran was accompanied by the Minister of Transportation Dudy Purwaghandi and Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Teguh Setyabudi.
