Sandra Dewi Admits Receiving IDR 3.15 Billion From Money Changer Helene Lim
JAKARTA - Celebrity and the wife of the defendant in the alleged corruption case of lead Harvey Moeis, Sandra Dewi admitted that she had received Rp3.15 billion from the account of PT Quantum Skyline Exchange (QSE), a money exchange place belonging to the defendant Helena Lim in 2019.
Sandra, while testifying at the trial at the Jakarta Corruption Court (Tipikor), Monday, October 21, said the money came from her husband to pay off his residence at The Pakubuwono House Jakarta.
"It was from my husband to pay off the house, coming from an account with that name," Sandra said as quoted by ANTARA.
He explained that the money was transferred three times, namely Rp1.05 billion, Rp1 billion, and Rp1.1 billion through PT QSE's account to his personal account.
However, he stressed that the money was money for repayment of the house given by her husband, not Debt for Helena or PT QSE.
"There is no debt with PT QSE," he said.
Sandra testified in the case of alleged corruption in the management of tin commodity trading in the mining business permit (IUP) area of PT Timah in 2015-2022.
The alleged tin corruption case, among others, dragged Harvey Moeis as the extension of PT Refined Bangka Tin (RBT) and Suparta as the President Director of PT RBT.

In this case, Harvey was charged with receiving Rp420 billion in cash with PT Quantum Skyline Exchange (QSE) Manager Helena Lim, while Suparta was charged with receiving a cash flow of Rp4.57 trillion from the case that cost the state finances Rp300 trillion.
The two defendants were also suspected of committing money laundering (TPPU) from the funds received. As for Harvey, he is suspected of committing money from tin corruption by transferring it to Sandra Dewi's account for Sandra Dewi's personal needs.
The needs include payment of installments and repayment of houses at The Pakubuwono House, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta on behalf of Sandra Dewi and buildings on the land of Blok J-3 Jalan Haji Kelik, Permata Regency on behalf of Kartika Dewi, Blok J-5 and J-7 on behalf of Sandra Dewi, and Blok J-9 on behalf of Raymon Gunawan.
