Lontong Kikil And Snacks Market Become Menu For State Guests Present At The Presidential Palace
JAKARTA - The cook of the Presidential Palace in Jakarta has prepared a main food menu in the form of kikil rice cake to market snacks to be served for state guests who attend the farewell event to welcome the head of state, Sunday, October 20.
This was conveyed by the Director of Operation Food & Beverage Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) Algamar which was found during preparations at the Jakarta Presidential Palace complex.
"Today's special Menu lontong kikil, dimsum, and market snacks," he said, quoted from Antara.
His party facilitates professional chefs to serve state guests, each with two chefs in the President Lounge room and the Presidential Office of Jakarta.
He said the preparation for cooking began at 06.30 WIB in the Palace kitchen to be presented to state guests who were present during lunch starting at 12.00 WIB.
"All eating foods that afternoon were provided by about six waitresses," Algamar added.
"Preparation in the morning is all prepared, it was all ready," he said.
Previously it was reported, Minister of State Secretary Pratikno said that the welcoming procession would be carried out after Prabowo Subianto-Gubran Rakabuming Raka was inaugurated as President of the Republic of Indonesia and Vice President for the period 2024-2029 at the Parliament Building, Senayan, Jakarta.

"After the inauguration, Pak Jokowi will first go to the Jakarta Palace. Later, Mr. President Prabowo will follow the welcoming event," he said.
Pratikno said that at the Palace today there will only be a welcoming event, followed by President Jokowi's departure to return to Solo at around 15.00 WIB.
In addition, the plan is also to hold a dinner agenda at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta with important guests.
