Bawaslu Enforces Law In The 2024 Pilkada Campaign
Chairman of the Indonesian Bawaslu Rahmat Bagja said that his party had carried out law enforcement to prevent violations of the law in the 2024 Pilkada campaign stage.
"The solution is of course law enforcement," said Bagja when met by media crews in the Ancol area, Jakarta, Saturday night.
This is considering that there were various campaign violations that were found by Bawaslu in the campaign stage. First, violations of campaign props (APK).
Second, the candidate pair determines the wrong place and schedule for the campaign. Then, third, violation of the neutrality of the state civil apparatus (ASN) to the village head.
"Fourth, some money politics which was later indicated to have been carried out but are still in the process at the Gakkumdu Center," he said, quoted by Antara.
Furthermore, Bawaslu also tried to prevent these violations.
