MBZ Toll Corruption, AGO Examines President Director Of PT Berkah Bersama Ciherang And PT Waagner Bureau Indonesia
The Attorney General's Office (AGO) has examined three witnesses regarding the investigation of the alleged corruption case of the construction of the Jakarta-Cikampek (Japek) II Toll Road to West Karawang or Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed (MBZ) Toll Road.
Two of the witnesses were the main director (director) of PT Berkah Bersama Ciherang and PT Waagner Bureau Indonesia.
"Investigating YM as the President Director of PT Berkah Bersama Ciherang and EAG as the President Director of PT Waagner Bureau Indonesia," said Head of the AGO, Harli Siregar in his statement, Thursday, October 17.
Meanwhile, another witness with the initials AT, who is the Director of Operations of PT Mitra Tata Abadi Bersama.
It was not clearly stated that the investigators investigated the three witnesses. It is only said that the examination was carried out at the Directorate of Investigation of the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus), on Wednesday, October 16.
In addition, it was also stated that the investigation was carried out to further explore the involvement or role of the suspect Dono Parwoto, who is the attorney for Waskita-Acset Operations Cooperation (KSO).
"The witness examination was carried out to strengthen the evidence and complete the filing in the case," said Harli.

For information, in addition to Dono Parwoto, in the MBZ toll corruption case, the AGO has named four other suspects, namely the President Director (Director) of Jasamarga Jalanlayang Cikampek (JJC) Djoko Dwijono, Chairman of the Auction Committee PT JJC Yudhi Mahyudin, Director of Operations of PT Bukaka Teknik Utama Sofiah Balfas, and former Expert Staff of the PT LAPI Ganeshatama Consulting, Tony Budianto Sihite.
They have undergone a judicial process. Where, the panel of judges sentenced them to 4 years in prison.
