Five Bodies Of Tambora Fire Victims Buried In Tegal Alur TPU
The bodies of five fire victims in Tambora, West Jakarta will be buried at the Tegal Alur Public Cemetery (TPU), Kalideres District, West Jakarta, Wednesday, October 16.
The head of RT 08/02 Tambora, Sanusi, said that the five bodies were planned to be buried today, waiting for one body to be identified.
"Buried in Tegal Alur, from the sub-district, 5 grave holes have been prepared," Sanusi told reporters at the Police Hospital, Kramat Jati.
Sanusi said, the five victims died while sleeping at his house. The victim did not have time to save himself because of the incident.
"Tbak, orang lagi pada tidur. Kami tidak bisa divetin (kembunya)," ujarnya.

Previously, it was reported that another fire hit a densely populated area in Tambora, West Jakarta. The flames devoured at least 30 houses on Jalan Kali Anyar IV, RT 11/02, Tambora District, West Jakarta.
In addition to scorched 30 residents' houses, the flames also killed 5 local residents. The five victims died named Raihan (7), Asgar (13) and Yoka (12). The three were male. Then the other two victims were named Sriyani (66) and Aryanti (40).
Head of the Jakarta Fire Service, Satriadi Gunawan, said the fire broke out at 01.23 WIB and the fire extinguishing process was completed at around 07.20 WIB.
"There were 30 houses burned down with 5 fatalities," he said, Tuesday, October 15.
