Israel Attacks Villages Whose Citizens Majority Are Christians In North Lebanon, 9 People Died

Nine people were killed and one injured after an Israeli attack hit Aitou village in northern Lebanon. Rescue operations and debris cleaning are still ongoing.

This is the first time the village has been attacked since the war began a year ago, according to the Lebanese National News Agency (NNA).

A military aircraft launched an attack, for the first time (time) since the start of Israeli aggression against an apartment residing in the city of Aitou, NNA reported reported by CNN, Monday, October 14.

Aitou is located nearly 100 kilometers (or about 62 miles) north of Beirut.

The village is located in Zgharta District in northern Lebanon, with a majority population of Christians.
