"That's my next program, in the future it will upgrade for night flights searches and rescue," said Head of Basarnas Marshal Madya Kusworo, in his statement, Monday, October 14.

Kusworo said an increase in competence was needed. This is because rescue and evacuation activities have been limited to during the day because the ability is inadequate.

In fact, continued Kusworo, his party is more focused on providing training to AW-139 helicopter pilots to achieve these specifications. Because, they are one of the spearheads of search and rescue at night.

"This collaboration with ACE will be very important for emergency-related training," he said.

Later, AW-139 helicopter pilots will be trained at the ACE Training Center training center. The personnel will later drive the AW-139 Helicopter simulator for rescue maneuvers.

"In order to be more comprehensive, the first step is a pilot that we trained first for competence and professionalism, combined with Crew Resources Management (CRM) training, gradually the crew or other personnel will follow," said Kusworo.
