Pramono Will Provide KJP Services For Each District Office
JAKARTA - Candidate for Governor of Jakarta number 3 Pramono Anung admitted that he would place services for the problem of the Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) program in every sub-district office.
"If I get the mandate to become the Governor of Jakarta, then (manage the KJP) everything is enough to be resolved in their respective sub-districts," Pramono said when meeting residents in West Pademangan, North Jakarta, Monday, October 14.
Pramono said that the withdrawal of KJP services to each sub-district office was based on complaints from the public that were difficult to complain or resolve problems with the distribution of KJP at this time.
Where, the DKI Jakarta Education Office only serves the KJP issue at the UPT Office of the Center for Personal Funding and Education Operations (P4OP), Rawabunga, Jatinegara, East Jakarta.
"So far, everything has been centered in Rawabunga for the Smart Jakarta Card. So if there is a problem with the KJP, take care of it in Rawabunga. You just take care of it in Rawabunga, transportation, costs, businesses and so on," said Pramono.

Not to mention, according to Pramono, there are still residents who complain about the KJP problem, when the UPT P4OP office arrives, it is not served by officers.
That way, if KJP services are placed in their respective sub-districts, the public can immediately complain to local officials if the complaints are not served.
"You know who the RT management is, the RW, the village. Maybe if someone is ping pong (thrown here and there), then it is reported to the apparatus above it. So, I will change the system, everything must be finished at the respective sub-district offices," he added.
