Perempuan WN Uganda Yang Jadi PSK Di Bali Didportasi
DENPASAR - The Immigration Detention Center (Rudenim) Denpasar, Bali, expelled a foreign national (WNA) from Uganda with the initials LN for selling prostitution online.
"While in Bali, LN has only done it once," said Denpasar Immigration Detention Center Head Gede Dudy Duwita, Thursday, October 10.
Before being deported through I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, LN has been at the Denpasar Rudenim since September 11, 2024.
He could not be immediately deported because he was waiting for administrative completeness and also the financial readiness of the 23-year-old woman to buy her own return ticket.
Immigration Intelligence and Enforcement Officer of the Ngurah Rai Immigration Office found LN selling itself through an adult online website, after receiving a complaint report from the public.
Di situs dewasa itu, wanita berinjalian tersebut menampilkan detail informasi dirinya mulai fisik hingga tariff.
Not only prostitution, but officers also found that LN also serves dating or being a rental girlfriend.
Based on Immigration's search, LN opened tariffs of up to 650 US dollars or equivalent to Rp. 10 million for three hours of service.
From the results of the examination, LN admitted that he had committed prostitution in Nepal five times and then flew to Bali to travel as well as carry out prostitution with a fee of Rp. 3.5 million.
In addition to being deported, the Denpasar Rudenim also proposed that LN be included in the deterrence list so that it cannot enter Indonesian territory.
In accordance with Article 102 of Law Number 6 of 2011 concerning Immigration, deterrence can be carried out for a maximum of six months and each time it can be extended for a maximum of six months.
In addition, life imprisonment can also be imposed on foreigners who are considered to be able to interfere with security and public order. However, a further deterrence decision will be decided by the Directorate General of Immigration by looking at and considering all his cases.
