Honda SUV Products Win This Award In The United States

JAKARTA - Honda is one of the vehicle brands that has never stopped presenting innovations with the latest models from various segments, including in the Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) segment.

Thanks to this innovation, Honda won the award as the brand with the highest loyalty to SUV products from JD Power in a 2024 study in the United States.

This award is based on the combined performance of the entire Honda SUV line, which is 64.2 percent, for Honda HR-V, Honda CR-V, Honda Passport, Honda Pilot, and Honda Prologue, in the study of vehicle brand loyalty in the United States.

Assistant Vice President of Honda Auto Sales Jessika Laudermilk, stated that customer loyalty is a benchmark for the success we respect the most in the automotive industry.

"The award from J.D. Power for Mark Loyalty is a great honor for Honda, as well as recognition of our consumer trust. We will continue to be committed to presenting strong SUV products in the American market and setting standards for value, sales, and services, in order to maintain customer loyalty," he said, in an official statement received, Thursday, October 10.

Honda HR-V itself is a compact SUV of the Japanese brand which is indeed an entry-level SUV model in the United States, while CR-V is a medium model, and is already present in the new generation of electric hybrid-engine (e:HEV) that is powered as well as more fuel-efficient.

Another SUV model, Honda Passport and Honda Pilot, is the choice of the Large SUV with a capacity of seven passengers and large-powered passengers. And there is also the first electric-powered Honda SUV (BEV) model for the North American market through the Honda Prologue.

The study of Otomotive Brand Loyalty JD Power 2024 in the United States is now entering its sixth year. This study measures the loyalty of vehicle owners by analyzing whether customers still choose the same brand when exchanging or buying new vehicles.

The JD Power award is given to automotive brands that have the highest level of loyalty in three segments: luxury SUVs, conventional cars, and trucks.
