Kamga Mo, A Former Household Vocalist Who Is Now A Backing Vocal Maliq & D'Escentials
JAKARTA - Mohammed Kamga, or Kamga Mo is suddenly being discussed on various social media platforms. Many people have just realized that they are now one of the backing vocals of Maliq & D'Essentials.
One of the crowded tweets on X sparked talks about Kamga. "If you see a maliq, you like it sad, see the backing vocals of the stairs because: (," wrote the account @idlasupal on October 4 yesterday.
Even though this Cameroonian singer has been a member of the Jakarta music group gig for a long time. And that's true, the familiar face is indeed a former Tangga vocalist.
Kamga became known through his vocal group in the early 2000s. He has a distinctive vocal character, with the influence of RnB's thick music.
After the Tangga era, Kamga had initiated a near-close music project with Tata and Chevrina. He also has a new duo formed with Chevrina, his girlfriend, with the name Hondo.
His work as a performer is now more active with several music groups, including the Maliq & D'Essentials. Moreover, this band of singers will hold a tour for their new album, Can Machine's Fall In Love? in Indonesia and Malaysia.
