Evacuated By SAR Team, A Surabaya-Bima Bus Passenger Falls Into A Happy Dompu Gorge
JAKARTA - The Mataram SAR team in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), stated that a bus passenger bound for Surabaya-Bima named Dadang (32) who disappeared after falling into a ravine in Dompu Regency was found safe.
Head of SAR Mataram Lalu Wahyu Efendi said that after conducting an intensive search for almost 24 hours using thermal drones and mountaineering equipment, the joint SAR team managed to find the victim safe on Wednesday, October 9.
"The victim's position was detected during a search using a thermal drone and found at 07.30 WITA," Wahyu said, confiscated by Antara.

The condition when, he said, was found to have only abrasions on the shoulders and hands, so that after being found the victim was evacuated and taken to the Manggelewa Police.
"The victim was found in a ravine with a depth of 40 meters," he said.
Previously, victims from Nganjuk, East Java (East Java), were reported missing after allegedly falling into a ravine while urinating at the Cilok Nanga Pile Turnover, Sumbawa Dompu Cross Road or in Nanga Pilu Village, Manggelewa District.
"The victim disappeared on his way from Surabaya to Bima," he said.
In this rescue action, he said, it involved elements from the Bima SAR Post, TNI, Polri, and the local community.
