Israeli Drone Attack On Refugee Tents At Gaza Hospital Complex Injures 11 People

JAKARTA - Israeli drone attacks at night against tents housing displaced Palestinians in hospital complexes in Gaza injured 11 people, including children and journalists.

The Israeli military said it was targeting Hamas command and control centers in airstrikes at the Al Aqsa Martyrs Hospital complex in Deir el Batah, central Gaza.

Israel says it is taking steps to reduce the risk of harming civilians, including the use of appropriate ammunition, air surveillance, and additional intelligence information, the statement said.

On Sunday, October 6, as many as 21 people died in Israeli airstrikes near the Al Aqsa Martyrs Mosque, where Palestinian refugees took refuge. The victims as a result of the attack were evacuated to the Al Aqsa Martyr Hospital.
