KPK OTT In South Kalimantan Regarding Procurement Of Goods And Services

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) revealed a hand arrest operation (OTT) in South Kalimantan related to the procurement of goods and services. There are allegations that there was a gift from the private sector to state officials.

"Usually, the PBJ case (procurement of goods and services)," said KPK Deputy Chair Alexanser Marwata to reporters when confirmed, Monday, October 7.

Alexander has not detailed the gift. He just said this kind of practice is common and there is no solution.

"The conspiracy to demonstrate the implementation of the project with a request for a number of fees by state officials has become a common practice in the procurement of goods and services," he continued.

As previously reported, the Deputy Chairperson of the KPK, Nurul Ghufron, confirmed that there was a hand arrest operation (OTT) in South Kalimantan. He said the investigation was still being carried out so that more complete information would be submitted later.

"The clarity is that we are still checking, after it is finished we will update it," said Ghufron when confirmed, Sunday, October 6 evening.
