According to Endra, apart from China, there are two other countries that have expressed interest in being involved in the National Capital Integrated Coastal Development (NCICD), namely South Korea and the Netherlands.

"In the meantime, there are already two who have or have conducted the study first, namely South Korea and the Netherlands at NCICD, later they will explore it, then they will see how far they can upgrade or even participate in in initiating its construction. So that's just a statement of interest yesterday, they explored the possibility for investment there. From the statement of interest to the realization, it's also long," he said.

The meeting will be followed up with the planned visit of the NHRI team to Indonesia in the near future. The NHRI will review the available basic design data and studies compiled by a team of experts from South Korea, the Netherlands and the PUPR Ministry team.
