BPJS Employment Strengthens Risk Management And Compliance Through GRC Certification
JAKARTA - BPJS Ketenagakerjaan continues to strengthen governance, risk management, and compliance internally. One of the latest steps is to send employees to attend the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Certification Training which will take place in Bogor on October 3-4, 2024. This training is organized by the Risk and Compliance Governance Professional Certification Institute (LSP TRK) and is filled by GRC expert Jerry Marmen.
This GRC certification is important to ensure that BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is able to face the challenges of risk management and stricter compliance with regulations. With this training, employees are expected to increase their effectiveness in risk management and maintain better service quality.
The General Director and Human Resources Development (HRD) of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Abdur Rahman Irsyadi, emphasized that this training is part of the company's efforts to ensure that every employee has high competence in facing challenges in the modern era. "This certification ensures that all employees understand and are able to apply good governance principles, appropriate risk mitigation, and comply with regulations," said Abdur Rahman Irsyadi in a written statement received on Friday, October 4.
