Neta V Electric Car Becomes Taxi Fleet At Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport Pekanbaru
PT Neta Auto Indonesia is collaborating with EVista to support greener and more sustainable mobility, by making the Neta V electric car an electric taxi fleet at Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport (SKK II), Pekanbaru City, Riau Province.
The presence of Neta V as an electric taxi fleet is also an innovative solution and the company's commitment to preserve the environment in the airport area.
Head of Sales of PT Neta Auto Indonesia, Andrew Iskandar, said this collaboration is not the first time, previously he has also formed a partnership with EVista to realize environmentally friendly transportation at Halim Perdanakusuma Airport which has been operating since last November 2023.
"We believe that the cooperation between NETA and EVISTA is a strategic and sustainable step for the public transportation sector," he said, in an official statement received, Friday, October 4.

A total of 10 units of Neta V are part of the taxi fleet to serve the high demand of the people in Pekanbaru City, and will serve from and to Sultan Syarif Kasim III Airport. This step from EVista also received full support from the Air Force Cooperative Center (Puskoau) of the Indonesian Air Force Base Roesmin Nurjadin Pekanbaru and PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Pekanbaru.
Through Neta and EVista's strategic partnership in presenting electric transportation, Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport is now increasingly ready to welcome a more environmentally friendly and sustainable future of mobility. The presence of current emission-free transportation solutions is not only a necessity, but also a real step in preserving the environment and realizing a better future for future generations.

He further said that this collaboration is expected to contribute to the electric vehicle fleet at other airports, as well as support for the government to realize net zero emissions by 2060.
EVista's decision to make Neta V an environmentally friendly taxi fleet is a careful step. With a distance of 401 km, Neta V was able to deliver passengers from the Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport area to Pekanbaru City and even Dumai City without any problems.
