"Canvas is made with GPT-4o and can be manually selected in model voters when in beta," the company wrote in an announcement on its official website.
The company says that Canvas provides an interface that allows users to edit and revise directly, both for text and code.
Here, users can easily highlight the section that needs to be reviewed and ask ChatGPT to provide feedback, edit text length, or match code. In addition, users can also restore the previous version of the project via the return button in Canvas.
In terms of coding, Canvas also provides features such as adding logs, fixing bugs, and translating codes into various programming languages.

The GPT-4o model used in Canvas is designed to understand when to open the canvas, make targeted edits, and provide criticism in a row.
The model is also trained to adapt according to orders and continues to be refined based on user input, increasing accuracy and quality of work by utilizing synthetic data training techniques.
"The model also understands the broader context of providing feedback and proper advice", concluded the company behind ChatGPT's success.
