Kaesang Asks The Public To See The Track Record Of Candidates Before Choosing In The Pilkada
Chairman of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) Kaesang Pangarep asked the public to first look at the track record of candidates for mayor and deputy mayor before making a choice on the implementation of the 2024 Pilkada vote.
During a constituent visit in Malang City, East Java, Thursday, October 3, Kaesang assessed that the good candidates for mayor and deputy mayor, namely, did not have a legal case record.
"I just left a message to ladies and gentlemen so that all (candidates) who are corrupt ojok (don't) be chosen. That's all from me, assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh," said Kaesangdi as reported by ANTARA.
Kaesang also stated that his visit to Wonokoyo Square was not to campaign for Wahyu Hidayat-Ali Muthohirin's pair, but only to witness the art of the bull.
"I'm actually here, I don't want a campaign, ladies and gentlemen, I want to watch the bullion," he said.
He also stated that at first he thought that the bullion was a bullfight show, but it wasn't what he thought.
"I think it's a bull that is pitted," he said.
Kaesang's statement was then greeted with laughter from the people who were present at the event titled the Bantangan People's Party which was held from 14.10 WIB to 15.10 WIB.

Kaesang came to Wonokoyo Field accompanied by the candidate pair for Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Malang Wahyu Hidayat-Ali Muthohirin.
The son of President Joko Widodo was seen wearing a pink jacket, black t-shirt, and jeans. He was also present wearing a black cap.
The 2024 Malang City Pilkada was attended by three pairs of candidates, namely Wahyu Hidayat-Ali Muthohirin number 1, Heri Cahyono-Ganisa Pratiwi Rumpoko number 2, and M Anton-Dimyati Ayatullah number 3.
The election campaign period has been running from September 25 to November 23, 2024.
The 2024 Pilkada voting stage will take place on 27 November.
Meanwhile, the vote count and recapitulation of vote count results began on November 27 to December 16, 2024.
