Oura Ring 4 Presents For The Challenge Of The Samsung Galaxy Ring

Oura has announced the launch of Oura Ring 4, the latest generation of a smart ring featuring hardware and software upgrades for smarter health monitoring and greater comfort, as well as battery life for eight days. Oura Ring 4 is currently available for pre-orders and will begin shipping on October 15.

The smart ring market has attracted attention this year, with the presence of players like the Samsung Galaxy Ring. Despite many competitions, Oura retains its position by offering a balanced device and reliable tracking.

Oura Ring 4 features a slimmer design than its predecessor, with smaller sensors and titanium interiors that increase durability and comfort when worn. The ring comes in one style, namely Horizon, with six color choices: Gold, Rose Gold, Black, Brutalized Silver, Silver, and Stealth.

In terms of technology, Oura Ring 4 now uses the Smart Sensing feature, which utilizes sensors and advanced algorithms to improve health tracking accuracy and activity. With the ability to use up to 18 signal lines, Oura Ring 4 promises more accurate data in tracking various health metrics such as blood oxygen levels, heart rate, sleep quality, and body temperature.

Updated Oura App

Oura also introduced a new design for companion applications that prioritizes the health of its users. This application is divided into three tabs that make it easier for users to access data and features. Users can find health scores, stress analysis, food tracking, and other new tools to support their health experience.

Oura Ring 4 can now be booked on official Oura websites as well as major retailers such as Amazon, Best Buy, and Target. Prices vary depending on color choices, ranging from US$349 (Rp5.4 million) for Silver and Stealth colors, to US$499 (Rp7.7 million) for Gold and Rose Gold. It is important to note that users need to subscribe to Oura Membership to get full experience, which costs US$5.99 per month or US$69.99 per year
