Adukan Kimberly Border Light Hand To KPAI, Edward Akbar Claims To Be Worried About Children's Condition

JAKARTA - Edward Akbar complained KimberlyRIDer to the Child and Mother Protection Commission (KPAI) on suspicion of violence against children. Edward admitted that he had evidence of CCTV footage and a private video showing Kimberly's acts of violence against their children.

"There are three incidents that we provide as evidence. The first is violence around October 2023, this perpetrator is suspected of tricking his son to the ground, falling and crying," explained Jundri R Berutu as Edward Akbar's attorney in the Menteng area, Central Jakarta, Thursday, October 3.

"Then it continued in February 2024, he hit his son in the stomach until he cried. Then the third one was against the first child, he was stabbed so there was a scratch mark. When asked, the child admitted that he was stabbed by his mother. We have included evidence on the videos, we have attached evidence, we have included it with ketia KPAI," he added.

Seeing this, Edward's party threw accusations at Kimberly as a person who had light hands on children.

"We don't know what the motive is. But it seems that we like to be light-handed and rude to children," said Jundri R Berutu.

Therefore, he deliberately made this complaint because he was worried about his two children who were now under Kimberly's care.

"So, like this, actually our client doesn't want to spit out because of this, right, family issues, but like it or not because now our clients have never met their children, so it is feared that this action, which is carried out repeatedly, will continue to happen, so he is worried about his son's physical or psychological condition, especially now, the golden age period," he said.
