As A Result Of The Red Card In The Persib Vs Persija Match, Marc Klok Was Sanctioned By PSSI Komdis
JAKARTA - Persib Bandung midfielder, Marc Klok, received additional sanctions from the PSSI Disciplinary Commission (Komdis). This is the aftermath of a red card in the match against Persija Jakarta on Monday, September 23, 2024.
Information about the additional punishment imposed on Marc Klok was announced by the PSSI Komdis through a trial held on September 28, 2024.
Marc Klok was sentenced for committing serious offenses against Persija player, Maciej Gajos.
"To commit serious violations using his body excessively on opposing players and get a direct red card," said the PSSI Komdis statement on the federation's official website quoted on Wednesday, October 2, 2024.

During the match against Persija Jakarta, Klok was proven to have clearly offered his leg to Gajos' stomach.
As a result of the incident, referee Muhammad Nazmi Nasaruddin from Malaysia, who led the match, gave Marc Klok a yellow card.
However, after reviewing the video assistant referee (VAR), Nazmi changed his decision by giving Klok a red card directly.
"Administrative sanctions have been banned from playing two matches since this decision was issued and took effect in the nearest match. A fine of Rp. 10,000,000," continued Komdis PSSI.
Based on the sentence, Marc Klok will miss the four nearest matches of Persib. The penalty of two bans on playing automatically applies because of a direct red card.
In addition, Klok also received an additional penalty for banning two more playing from the PSSI Komdis.
That way, coach Bojan Hodak certainly cannot rely on Klok when Persib against Persebaya Surabaya, Persik Kediri, Semen Padang, and Borneo FC.
Losing Klok is a big loss for Persib who is competing at the top of the 2024/2025 Liga 1 standings.
Maung Bandung is now in fourth place with 13 points.
Currently, Persib is still four points behind Persebaya Surabaya, which is at the top of the standings. Meanwhile, the second and third positions are inhabited by Borneo FC and Bali united.
