Drug Laboratory At The Luxury Home Of Serang Digruduk BNN, This Is The Number Of Drugs Produced
SERANG - The National Narcotics Agency (BNN) of the Republic of Indonesia has succeeded in uncovering the case of a clinical laboratory in a luxury house located in Serang City, Banten, Friday, September 27.
In the disclosure, the BNN Team secured 10 (ten) suspects with a total of 971,000 items of narcotics type PCC (Paracetamol, Caffeine, Carisoprodol).
The head of the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) of the Republic of Indonesia, Martinus Hukom, in a press statement received on Wednesday, October 2, stated that the success of disclosing this case could not be separated from the cooperation between BNN, Polri, BPOM and the Ministry of Law and Human Rights as well as the active role of the community in providing information regarding allegations of narcotics laboratory activities in the region.
"On Friday (27/9), BNN conducted an investigation and monitoring of a package in the form of 16 sacks sent through an expedition service. From the results of the inspection, it was found that the sack contained 960,000 white pills which after the True Narco test was carried out, the pills contained PCC narcotics. Based on these findings, the BNN team then secured the suspect DD who was sending a sack package containing PCC and succeeded in dismantling the activities of the clinical laboratory," he added.
Martinus said his party immediately conducted a search of a house located in the East Gurugui neighborhood, Takkan District, Serang City, Banten and found evidence of the remaining 11,000 PCC pill production items and in the form of powder weighing 2,800 grams. The BNN team then carried out development and secured other suspects, namely AD (as production supervisor), BN (as supplier of materials), RY (as financial coordinator), and two inmates, each with the initials BY (played as controller) and FS (played as buyers), "he said.
Furthermore, on Saturday, September 28, the BNN Team continued to operate intensively at several points, such as Ciracas, East Jakarta, Lembang, West Java, and Serang, Banten, until finally securing other suspects, namely AC (Social Result Packers), JF (as Chefs/ Cookers), HZ (as suppliers of materials), and LF (as suppliers of materials and finished packaging) involved in the production and distribution of these PCC-type narcotics.
"On Monday (30/9), the suspect HZ was developed at his residence in the Ciracas area of Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta, and 2 automatic tablet printing machines and several powders containing Paracetamol were found," said Martinus.
From the disclosure of the clinical laboratory case, in addition to arresting 10 suspects and narcotics evidence in the form of 971,000 PCC pills, the BNN team also secured the tools and materials used by the suspects to produce PCC, in the form of four automatic tablet printing machines which per hour can produce 2,000 to 15,000 grains, one mixing/powder mixer machine, one small mixer (filling) unit, two pieces to smooth granul/bubuk containing PCC, one vacuum selling which is used to press the package. the results of PCC as well as a number of chemicals and medicines.
"Based on the suspect's initials BY (Controller), it is known that the pill printing machine was purchased in 2016 and 2019 for Rp. 80 million to Rp. 120 million, while for the mixer machine (conductor) it was purchased in 2016 for Rp. 17.5 million. All these machines were purchased directly to someone with the initials IS. BY, who is also the owner of the luxury house, is a convict in a narcotics case who has been in prison since 2023," he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Correctional Division (Kadivpas) of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Banten, Jalu Yuswa Panjang, stated that this disclosure was a synergy between the Regional Offices of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of Banten, BNN and Polri.
"The disclosure of this case is due to the synergy of the three institutions to uncover drug networks. And we from the Banten Ministry of Law and Human Rights Regional Office, will be ready to help reveal drug cases committed by BNN and Polri," said Jalu.
