2 People Died In A Car Accident Boyolali Police Chief On The Batang Toll Road

Two people died in a car accident by the Boyolali Police Chief AKBP Muhammad Yoga at KM 346 Pemalang-Batang toll road in Batang Regency, Central Java.

The Head of Public Relations of the Central Java Police, Kombes Artanto, confirmed the unfortunate incident that killed the Boyolali Police Chief driver and aide.

The car carrying the Boyolali Police Chief hit the back of a tronton truck.

"The car drove from east to west, crashing into a truck that was driving in front of it," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, October 1.

Two victims died, each driver and aide, who sat in the front seat.

Meanwhile, AKBP Muhammad Yoga survived the incident, which was then rushed to the hospital for further examination.

From the information obtained, he continued, the Boyolali Police Chief was on his way to Jakarta to visit his sick family.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation by the Directorate of Traffic of the Central Java Police.

"The cause is still under investigation. Two victims died at the scene," he said.
