RK Difitnah Takes Advantage Of Eril's Death To Find Sympathy, Pramono Asks His Teams To Avoid Hate Speech

JAKARTA - Candidate for Governor of Jakarta number 3, Pramono Anung asked his winning team not to make hate speech in campaigns in the Jakarta gubernatorial election.

This comments on slander to the candidate for Governor number 1, Ridwan Kamil, who is said to have used the death of his son, Emmeril Kahn Mumtadz, to seek public sympathy and increase electability.

"It's not like this, it's not. I ask my support team and of course they don't raise issues that are religious entities, hatred, hoaxes, and so on," Pramono said when met in Cideng, Gambir, Central Jakarta, Monday, September 30.

Pramono admitted that he did not want to respond to any attacks and blasphemy addressed to him. Because, according to him, everyone including the election participants must use social media wisely.

"Even when yesterday I was slandered by anti-Islam, I answered straightforwardly and openly. Even if there is a test for the Koran competition, I dare you. I dare you," said Pramono.

The candidate for Deputy Governor of Jakarta number 3 Rano Karno also spoke about the attack on netizens directed at Ridwan Kamil.

Rano appealed to all parties to color the Jakarta Pilkada with positive narratives in order to find joint solutions to solve problems faced with society.

"I'm sure, no one parent is ready to lose their child. Sad to lose the child will be brought for life. Don't hate you against someone or something makes you unfair," said the man who is familiarly called Bang Doel.

Ridwan Kamil was furious at the statement by social media activist Denis totaling the death of his eldest son, Eril.

Initially, Denis via X's social media account, @denismalhotra commented on RK's plan to process Jakarta's waste at the Bantargebang TPST into bricks. The waste processing batako will be used to build Giant Sea Wall or sea embankments.

Denis assessed that RK was able to run the program. Because according to him, the former Governor of West Java alone can take advantage of the death of his son, Eril, as a stage to seek sympathy.

"Yes, I believe. Let alone processing garbage into bricks, processing the moment of child mortality as a stage to gain public sympathy, you can," wrote @denismalhotra.

Denis' tweet was read by RK and he uploaded a screenshot of the tweet to his Instagram account, ridwankamil. RK said Denis's accusation was a slander that could not be accepted by himself and his family.

"A slander that we will never be able to accept. May Allah provide abundant sustenance and guidance to those concerned," wrote RK in his Instagram account.
