Jokowi Glad That MotoGP Implementation In Indonesia In The Last 3 Years

JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) appreciates the development of the MotoGP implementation at the Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), in the last three years.

This appreciation was conveyed by Jokowi after watching the world motorcycle racing event, Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2024, at the Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit, Central Lombok Regency, Sunday, September 29.

"I see the development in these three years is very good, especially in management, the management is better, the facilities also look better," said President Jokowi.

In addition to organizing which is considered better, Jokowi also appreciated the presence of local crew members from NTB who showed support for local labor empowerment.

"I am happy that the 3,000 crew here all come from NTB. That's what I am happy about," he said.

President Jokowi also highlighted the importance of evaluation and improvement for better implementation in the future.

He emphasized that all shortcomings would continue to be improved in order to improve the quality of this event.
