The Location Of The Exhibition And The Mega Convention In Jakarta Was Built, Estimated To Be Completed In 2025
JAKARTA - A major project related to the Center for the largest conventions and exhibitions in Indonesia is being prepared. Named Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE), the venue, which is located at PIK 2 Tangerang, is targeted for completion in September next year.
The project, which was built by Agung Sedayu Group and the Salim Group, was founded on an area of 40 hectares (ha), and is designed to support various meetings, incentives, conventions, exhibitions (MICE), as well as other events, such as concerts, entertainment, and social activities.
"Nusantara International Convention Exhibition. NICE will be the center of the biggest convention and exhibition in Indonesia and exactly one year from now, namely in September 2025, it is targeted that NICE will be ready to operate," said CEO Agung Sedayu Group Steven Kusumo in a statement quoted from ANTARA, Sunday, September 29.
He explained, there are three exhibition buildings and an outdoor area of 30,000 square meters with a total building area of 30 hectares consisting of 11 exhibition halls, of which hall one to eight is connected without separation.
The rental area (leaseable area) reaches 120,000 square meters, including a magnificent atrium covering an area of 13,200 square meters and a pre-function area covering an area of 18,200 meters persegj, as well as a retail area that can be used as needed.

In addition, NICE also has VIP rooms, green rooms, and organizer rooms, thus adding that it is special because it is designed not only as an exhibition and convention center, but there is a green area with an area of 9.800 square meters that visitors can enjoy and add a cool and green impression.
Not only that, there is also an outdoor area of 1.3 hectares, and a parking area of up to 7,100 vehicles is available, so visitors do not need to feel difficult when looking for a parking lot, because the area provided is very wide and adequate.
Furthermore, Managing Director of PT Industri Pameran Nusantara Ryan Adrian said that through the construction of the largest convention and exhibition facilities in Indonesia, Indonesia will make Indonesia a leading destination in the MICE industry.
