Platform X Mengalilah, Mengajukan Tuntutan Pemulihan Platform Di Brasil
JAKARTA Access to platform X has been blocked in Brazil since last August after the company clashed with Supreme Court Justices for several weeks. In the near future, X will resume operations in the country.
Reporting from Reuters, two speakers familiar with the development of the X case in Brazil said the company would submit the documents requested by the Supreme Court. The document must contain a statement that X already has a legal representative in Brazil.
After the documents are submitted, X will demand platform recovery in less than a week. The platform, formerly known as Twitter, demands that its services be restored on Monday, September 30.
In addition to seeking valid legal representatives, X has also complied with other demands from the court. The unnamed resource person said that X had blocked accounts suspected of spreading hoaxes and paying fines of US$3 million (Rp45 billion) through a Starlink account.

Despite having insurgency, X decided to expedite his relationship with Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes at the Brazilian Supreme Court. The company wants to continue to operate smoothly like other technology companies.
Previously, X clashed with Moraes over a'signal order' through pressure. The Supreme Court judge is claimed to threaten legal representatives X with an arrest attempt if the platform does not comply with legal orders to remove some content.
At the deemed inappropriate pressure, X decided to effectively close his operations in Brazil. According to X, this action needs to be taken to protect all staff of his office working in the country.
