Meta Introduces Orion, The Most Advanced AR Glasses Ever Created

JAKARTA - During the live broadcast of the Meta Connect 2024, the tech giant owned by Mark Zuckerberg introduced Orion, the Augmented Reality (AR) glasses that they claimed were the most advanced they had ever made.

Meta says that Orion has the widest field of view in the form of the smallest AR glasses to date. Thus, opening the sharing of multi-task windows and live entertainment screens in the physical world.

Starting today on Connect and continuing throughout the year, Meta opens access to the Orion product prototype for employees of Meta and certain external audiences, so the development team can learn, repeat, and build towards the AR eyewear product line to begin shipping in the near future.
