Indosat Official Stock Split 1:4
JAKARTA - Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (ISAT) or IOH officially stock split with a ratio of 1:4. This decision has received approval from shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) which was held on Tuesday, September 24 yesterday.
The Stock split will be done with a ratio of 1:4 for all Series B shares, which will change the nominal value from Rp100 per share to Rp25, while the nominal value of Series A shares remains the same. Thus, the number of recorded Series B shares will increase significantly from 8,062,702,740 shares to 32,250,810,957 shares, thereby increasing market accessibility and liquidity.
President Director and CEO of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (ISAT)mengatakan, stock split tersebut menunjukkan komitmen perseroan dalam menciptakan nilai bagi seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Dengan meningkatkan keterjangkaan dan likuiditas saham, perseroan mengajak lebih banyak masyarakat untuk menjadi bagian dari visi Indosat.
