The Bekasi City Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit is still investigating the sound of a firearm eruption during a raid on one of the houses where Bekasi River victims gathered.

"So until now, we are still digging up information from witnesses to find the suitability of the statements of other witnesses. Kompol Audy has not been able to confirm the validity of witness information regarding the sound of gunfire which was allegedly the cause of 7 teenagers jumping into Kali Bekasi due to panic.

Previously, it was reported that the sound of gunfire triggered caused 7 teenagers to jump into the Bekasi River when they were patrolled by the Bekasi City Metro Police Precision Pioneer Team on Saturday, September 21, in the early hours of the morning.

The new fact that the gunshot was heard was based on the testimony of the witness with the initials R, who was at the scene at the time of the incident.

R is the brother of the victim who died with the initials AD (16). At the time of the incident, R and AD were at the same location.
